Working for us...
Named one of the TOP 100 BEST PLACES TO WORK by The Sunday Times in 2023, we firmly believe our people are our greatest asset and we continually work to improve all aspects of our business and workplace: focusing on safety and training, working times, team member welfare and inclusivity as priorities.
As our business expands we are always keen to hear from highly motivated individuals who take pride in their work. If you’ve read the other sections of our website, you will already have a good understanding of how we work. Quality is of fundamental importance to us, both in our work and the people who work for us.
We believe in investing in and developing our people; all new team members receive a thorough induction into our business to give them the tools to work to the best of their ability. Our Trainee Traffic Management Operatives (TTMOs) begin a comprehensive training scheme on their first day with us, and will also be mentored by an experienced team member to ensure they are fully supported within their role.
Being big enough to provide job security, training and development, whilst ensuring everyone feels part of our Company family, is key to our success. We want our team members to be proud to work for us and to continue to help make Hooke Highways an even greater place to work!
Not all heroes wear capes

We listen to our team
